Hello there! I bet you're wondering what this club is about. Well, it's an insurance policy towards art theft.

When in use of Spike Inc., your art will be watched, and, if stolen, you shall be notified of it immediately, and we shall be there with you, every step of the way, to recover your stolen artwork.

RULES OF THE CLUB

1) You shall not, under any circumstances, steal art from other people, whether it be from deviantART or anywhere else.

2) You shall be courteous to all members, and respectful towards the admins.

3) You shall not keep a violation of art theft silent. Any art theft must be reported to the owner or any of the other admins.

4) Any disrespectful behavior may result in expulsion from the club.

5) Members are only allowed to patrol other websites for art theft. If spotted, they must report it to the owner or one of the admins. They are NOT allowed to go after the art thief, under any circumstances!

6) In your comments on your artwork, you must post the following at the bottom:
THIS ART IS UNDER THE PROTECTION OF SPIKE INC.
If you do NOT post this, and it is stolen, we are not allowed to help you.


HOW TO JOIN THE CLUB

1) First, send the club a note with the subject, 'Join'.

2) You must watch the club. Don't worry! We'll watch you back!

3) Place a link to us in every journal. We'd love to have more members!

4) Keep a watch for any stolen art, if accepted.


HOW TO BECOME AN ADMIN
In order to become an admin, you must have participated in Spike Inc. for at least more than a week, before being considered as an admin. Everyone will have an equal chance to become one.
After being in the club for at least a week, they are able to send the club a note, asking to become an admin, and stating the reason why they should become an admin.

IF ACCEPTED AS AN ADMIN...
If you become an admin, then your job is to keep in touch with the owner of the club, to keep other members under control, and to help out with stopping the art theft. If shown any disrespect by any of the members, or admins, contact the owner IMMEDIATELY. I will take care of it.

TO SUBMIT ART TO THE CLUB
You must send a link to the drawing to the owner of the club, and it must be downloadable. It will be linked to the original.

HOW TO LINK BACK
Post a link to us in your journals, signatures, etc. Please have at least some sort of link on your page. We always need more members!


RESTRICTIONS
Spike Inc. does NOT cover the following:
1) Photos
2) Icons
3) Avatars
4) Literature

Spike Inc. DOES cover the following:
1) Drawings of any genre
2) Sketches
3) Scraps

EXTRAS
Our mascot is ~SapphireWolf53's character, a Dialga named Spike. If you do not like Dialgas, but wish to join anyways, you may. But remember this, if you bash Dialga in any way, it will be considered a violation, and you will be expelled from the guild.
NO EXCEPTIONS.


This club is directed towards helping victims of art theft bring the violator to justice, and halting it completely. If we are not able to stop the art thief, then we will keep trying as much as possible.
